1. Eligibility
The Elera Rowan Monthly $500 Education Scholarship Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Elera Rowan, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Elera Rowan ("Sponsor"), accessible at elerarowan.com.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway runs on a monthly cycle. Each entry period begins on the 1st of the month at 12:00 AM ET and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM ET. A new entry period begins automatically on the 1st of the following month.
4. How to Enter
No purchase necessary. To enter, visit elerarowan.com/win and:
- Complete the 4-question survey
- Provide your name and email address
- Optionally share your referral link to earn additional points
Limit one (1) entry per person per email address. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Automated or programmatic entries are prohibited.
5. Points System
Entrants earn points through the following actions:
- Complete the survey: 10 points
- Referred friend completes the survey: 25 points per referral
- Share via social media, SMS, email, or WhatsApp: 5 points per channel (once per channel)
- Follow Elera Rowan on social media: 5 points per platform
- Submit proof of a share (screenshot): Up to 10 points per approved submission
Points are used to increase your chances in the drawing. Higher points mean more entries in the random selection. Points do not carry over between monthly periods.
6. Winner Selection
On or around the 1st of each month, one (1) winner will be selected via weighted random drawing from all eligible entries received during the prior month's entry period. The weighting is based on accumulated points: each point equals one entry in the drawing.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner. If the selected winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted within 7 days, or fails to claim the prize, an alternate winner will be selected.
7. Prize
One (1) prize of $500 USD ("Prize") will be awarded per monthly entry period. The Prize is intended to be used toward education-related expenses (tuition, books, supplies, online courses, certifications). However, the Sponsor does not restrict how the funds are ultimately used.
The Prize will be delivered via electronic transfer (e.g., PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or direct deposit) within 14 days of winner confirmation. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.
8. Referral Program
Entrants receive a unique referral link upon completing their entry. When a new participant enters the Giveaway through that referral link, the referring entrant earns 25 bonus points. There is no limit to the number of referrals an entrant can make. Fraudulent or fake referrals (including self-referrals using multiple email addresses) will result in disqualification.
9. Proof of Sharing
Entrants may upload screenshots as proof of sharing for shares that cannot be automatically tracked (e.g., Instagram Stories, private group chats). Proofs are reviewed by Sponsor within 24 hours. Approved proofs earn 10 bonus points. The Sponsor reserves the right to reject any proof deemed insufficient, fraudulent, or inappropriate.
10. Privacy
Information collected during the Giveaway (name, email, phone, survey responses) will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, contacting winners, and providing relevant educational resources. 11. Disqualification
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Provides false or misleading information
- Uses automated systems, bots, or scripts to enter or generate referrals
- Creates multiple accounts or uses multiple email addresses
- Tampers with the entry process or the Giveaway website
- Engages in any form of fraud, spam, or abuse
12. Limitation of Liability
The Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; (b) technical failures, including server outages, software bugs, or internet connectivity issues; (c) any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the Giveaway.
13. Indemnification
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from your participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
14. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Changes to Rules
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason. In the event of termination, any prizes for the current period will still be awarded from eligible entries received up to that point.
