Scholarships that do not require a long essay

I know this sounds silly but I am so tired of writing scholarship essays. Has anyone found scholarships that are just like, fill out a form and you're done? Maybe someone else feels this way too because honestly the writing part is killing me. I get that the smaller scholarships might not be huge money but at this point I'll take anything. Does anyone have recommendations for ones that don't require a whole novel about your life story?
