colleges losing tax exempt status over diversity programs

This is going to tank financial aid for a lot of people if it passes. Schools already operate on tight budgets and losing tax exempt status means they'll have way less money to give out in scholarships and grants. For women going back to school especially, we're already stretched thin financially and counting on those aid packages to make it work. A lot of us rely on diversity scholarships and need-based aid that schools use to keep tuition manageable. This would make it even harder to afford going back.
