WIOA grant experience sharing

I just applied for a WIOA grant to cover my training program costs and honestly the paperwork threw me at first. In my experience it got easier once I figured out which office to call and what documents they actually needed. Has anyone else done this before? I'm curious what hoops you had to jump through and whether it actually paid off for you.
