This teacher just changed how I think about learning

Let me tell you, reading about this Fed assignment hit me hard because I spent years in school thinking the point was to have all the right answers, and let me tell you, that mindset followed me right into my career and kept me small. This teacher is onto something real: asking good questions is actually harder than answering them, and it's a skill that changes everything. For those of us coming back to school later in life, this matters because we've got life experience that gave us real questions we need answers to, but we've been trained to just sit quietly and absorb what we're told. I'm thinking about how different my education would feel if professors graded me on the quality of my curiosity instead of just my ability to regurgitate information. If your school is doing this kind of thing, lean into it, because learning to ask matters more than you know.
