Tech layoffs and why healthcare might be the smarter move

I totally get this because I did the same thing last year. I was all set to start a coding bootcamp and then I saw all those headlines about companies cutting jobs and I basically talked myself out of it for like two months. But then I realized I was making a huge decision based on fear instead of what actually made sense for me. Healthcare is great if that's what you're genuinely interested in, but I'd hate to see you pick a whole career path just because it feels safer right now. Maybe talk to some people actually working in both fields to see what the day to day is really like before you switch gears.
