State takeover of schools is getting MESSY and we need to talk about it
Okay so I'm reading about this Texas school district that got taken over by the state and honestly it's giving mixed signals. They're investing in tech and hiring coaches which sounds amazing on paper, but then costs are skyrocketing and enrollment is dropping which means families are literally leaving. This matters because when school districts struggle, it hits women the hardest especially moms trying to navigate education options for their kids. Are these takeovers actually helping or just creating chaos while families scramble for alternatives? We need to keep our eyes on what's really happening in our schools because our daughters deserve better than experiments.
