3 percent in tech leadership is unacceptable

Just read this and it hit different. Three percent of Black professionals in tech executive roles. That's not a pipeline problem, that's a choice problem by people already in power. This matters to us because if you're considering going back for a degree in STEM, you deserve to know what you're actually walking into. The barrier isn't your ability to do the work, it's the people deciding who gets promoted. We need more representation at the table making decisions, not just more bodies in entry level positions.
