Healthcare is booming but which role is right for you

honestly I went the RN route because I needed something that paid enough to actually support my kids, not just get by. But I watched my coworker do medical coding from home and make decent money with way less school. The assistant track seemed like the shortest route but honestly it felt like getting stuck. I think you gotta figure out what your life actually needs right now, not just what sounds good on paper.
